  I have a roof leak, I called William Bryce, he came out within an hour. Told me the products he would use and what and how he would do the work. Mr. Bryce said he would be out to do the work on either Friday 10-21 or Monday 10-24-16. I called Sunday 10-23-16 to ask if he would be out Monday. Mr. Bryce said he was behind on a project and would be out either Tuesday 10-25 or Wednesday 10-26-16, we asked that he call us and let us know. Its now Friday 10-28-16 and we have not heard from him and don't expect to hear from him. I just moved into my home, I cant afford a new roof at this time. Its not a big money job to patch so I cant get Mr.Bryce (and I have called a few others) to come out and do the job. Can anyone be honest and just say they don't want to do the job instead of letting me hang and wasting my time. Mr. Bryce is not reliable. Thank you Mr. Bryce, you made it sound like you were going to do an amazing job and I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders but it was all B.S.

  Very rude customer service. Asked William Wellington to fix my sink back and he botched the job and stormed off after he had dropped my sink and shattered it. When I attempted to file a complaint with the BBB, william's changed their phone number. Total disaster. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
